About the Alumni Association
Strengthening lifelong ties between SKUAST-Kashmir, its graduates, students, employers and the wider agricultural and scientific community.
Why an alumni portal
SKUAST-Kashmir graduates serve in government, research, academia, industry and agribusiness, in Jammu and Kashmir, across India and abroad. The Alumni Portal gives them one official place to reconnect with the university and with each other.
What the portal sets out to do
- Maintain a verified register of SKUAST-K alumni from all seven faculties.
- Help alumni find and connect with one another, with each person in control of their own information.
- Link alumni expertise with students through mentorship, careers and placements.
- Bring alumni together through reunions, lectures, workshops and chapters.
- Celebrate alumni achievements and their contribution to agriculture and society.
- Offer a transparent channel for voluntary support of university initiatives.
